• Device ID & Technical Data: Collected to ensure the security of seller accounts, prevent fraud, and ensure the proper functioning of the app on your device.

• Notification ID: Used to send real-time alerts regarding new orders, payment updates, and critical policy changes.

• Crash Analytics Data: Used to identify, diagnose, and resolve app-related technical issues.

 

Account Creation & Management

• Seller Registration: Accounts on Flax Partner are created by sellers wishing to list products on the Flax e-commerce platform. Registration may require verification of business credentials.

• Authorized Access: Access is restricted to authorized store owners and their designated staff.

• Account Deletion & Delisting: If you wish to close your store and delete your account, you must contact our support team directly. Please email us at info@off-look-innovations.com with a request to delist your store. Once the store is delisted and all pending orders/dues are settled, your account data will be permanently deleted from our active records.

 

Use of Data

• E-commerce Operations: To facilitate product listings, process orders, track sales, and manage payouts.
