Off-Look Innovations ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Flax Partner application to facilitate B2B wholesale commerce. We are committed to giving you control over your data. If you wish to discontinue your services and permanently delete your account and associated store data, please follow the mandatory procedure outlined below.
Prerequisites for Deletion
Because Flax Partner handles B2B transactions and financial settlements, accounts cannot be deleted instantly if there is active business activity. Before requesting deletion, you must ensure:

All active product listings have been delisted or deactivated.

All current orders have been fulfilled.
Step-by-Step Deletion Request Process
To permanently remove your account and data, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Delist Products Log in to your Flax Partner account and delist all currently listed products to prevent new orders from being placed.
Step 2: Submit Deletion Request via Email
Once your store inventory is inactive, you must send a formal request to our administrative team.

Body: Please include your registered email address, store name, and a confirmation that you wish to close your account.
Step 3: Verification & Settlement (Internal Review)
Upon receiving your request, our support team will:

Verify the Store: Confirm ownership of the account.

Settle Pending Dues: We will audit the account to ensure there are no pending payouts, outstanding commissions, or unresolved disputes with buyers.

Note: If there are pending financial obligations, the deletion request will be paused until these are resolved.

Step 4: Account Closure & Data Removal
Once the verification and settlement process is complete, we will permanently close your store and delete your account. You will receive a final confirmation email once this action is taken.
Data Retention & Deletion Specifics
What Will Be Deleted:
Upon the completion of the process above, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases:

Personal Identity Information: Name, email address, phone numbers, and profile photos.

Authentication Data: Passwords (hashed) and login tokens.

Store Data: Public store profiles, product listings, images, and inventory counts.

Device Data: Notification IDs and device-specific preferences.
What Will Be Retained:
To comply with tax laws, financial auditing standards, and legal obligations, we may retain specific data even after account deletion:

Transaction History: Invoices, order receipts, and payout records must be kept for the statutory period required by tax authorities (e.g., GST records).
